Dear Readers, I often am asked about whether behavioral or personality “traits” are related to cognitive functioning. On Monday, February 7, 2011 Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius provided an update on the Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS) program, created under the Affordable Care Act.
